Step 1: Discovery Call
Our relationship begins with a conversation to discover what you want to achieve and the inner shift you want to experience.

Step 2: Design
From our conversation I design a series of conversations, workshops and activities to target your outcomes. I review the design with you to confirm fit. Depending on your needs, the design may include collaborating with one of my many colleagues to ensure the best possible results.

Technology of Participation Methods ToP®

Thousands of people have had a hand in the development of ToP methods. Since the early 1960’s they have been used in over fifty countries, in major international social change ventures, in United Nations and World Bank programs, in hundreds of organizational and corporate change initiatives, adopted as internal processes by government agencies and made part of the staff training systems of international nonprofits.

I discovered these methods in 2016 as the answer to a prayer for living into my purpose professionally. These are tools for transformation and methods for shifting our paradigm of leadership from believing that one person has the answers to knowing we all hold an important piece of the solution.

Step 3: Delivery
Your retreat, meeting or event may be one hour or multiple days, and may be for one person or many. You will experience profound respect, trust, collaboration, thoughtful engagement and generate a realistic plan for achieving your goals.

Step 4: Debrief
When appropriate you’ll receive a report from your event that capture all important decisions. We’ll have a closing conversation to reflect on what went well, what could have been improved and to confirm next steps.
