Diana is a certified facilitator (CTF) and Qualified Trainer of Technology of Participation Methods.
Diana draws on a myriad of tools and skills to meet you where you are, to be both the banks to hold the river and allow it to flow freely.
She pays attention to and acknowledges the exchange of energy in a room, helping folks stay present to emerging conflict and complexity while moving forward. She listens for meaning and what wants to emerge. She notices who is being heard, and not heard. Her presence frees participants to be better listeners. She observes and names patterns. She organizes for simplicity. She distills the essential content to maintain the group’s focus on their identified outcomes.
She has curated an intentional life developing an ever-evolving skill set integrating Asset Based Community Development, Non-violent Communication (NVC), Circling, Undoing Racism, and Authentic Relating, and is grounded by 25 years of practicing Kundalini yoga, meditation and mantra. When you work with Diana, you’re benefiting from 1000’s of hours dedicated to developing embodiment, awareness, and understanding.
She has that rare combination of traits that helps her to see the big picture while simultaneously holding together people, processes, systems and strategies.
She lives a life rooted in her values. Family, community, health, reciprocity and wholeness are deeply important to her. Nearly everyday she feeds herself and those gathered at her table something she has grown in her garden. She moves her body, meditates and journals everyday. She makes time to sing, dance, and be in nature. She makes time for quiet alone time and time for ecstatic human connection.
Through the integration of all these parts of herself, she helps you see your big dream broken down into steps you can begin tomorrow, while holding space for change, growth and self-awareness.
